MARKLEY BORTZ | MR. MIRROR

Markley Bortz (she/her) is a Chicago based actor and writer originally from Southwest Virginia. Credits include Alexandria (Pop-Up Productions, Off-Broadway), Macbeth (Only 2 Theatre Company) Mist Connections (Sketch Playlist, iO), BULL (The Annoyance), When You Awake... (The Plagiarists), The Revolutionists (Triad Stage; Immediate Theatre Project). Markley holds a BFA in acting from Elon University. LEO LACAMERA | MR. PANTS

Leo is proud to be returning to the Three of Cup's stage as Mr. Pants (a role named after his very own pair of turquoise colored pants). He's previously appeared as Banquo in Three of Cup's production of Macbeth, and can frequently be seen doing sketch and improv comedy across Chicago and at comedy festivals around the country. He would like to thank everyone involved in producing the show and you for coming to see it!

MAX KANTOR | MR. MOUTH

Max Kantor is an actor, writer, . and comedian originally from Atlanta and now residing in Chicago. He completed both the Second City Conservatory and Annoyance Class Program. Max has performed at the Annoyance in shows such as Splatter Theatre and It’s Christmas, Goddamnit, and he can be seen weekly in 12 Angry Improvisers and the Holy Fuck Comedy Hour. At Second City, he is an ensemble member of Second City's National Touring Company (RedCo!) and has previously performed in its children's shows. Max is repped by Grossman & Jack Talent.

JARED SON | THE HUSTLER

Jared Son (he/they) is an actor and fight choreographer based in Chicago. Recent credits include Richard II (Fowl Play), More Productive Yearning (Green Shirt Studio), Bacchanal (Fowl Play), and fight choreography for MacBeth (Three of Cups Theatre Company). Jared studied Theatre Performance at Northwestern University and has been getting fight training through Open Gate Movement Arts, One and Done Stunts, and the Actor’s Gymnasium. TORI WYNN | THE MOTHER

Tori is thrilled to be a part of . this amazing cast and production! Tori is an actor, writer, and comedian who has most recently performed in the Steppenwolf Theater LookOut Series, the iO Theater SNL Showcase, and her solo show, The News at the End of the World, was nominated for BroadwayWorld Chicago's Best Cabaret, Concert, or Solo Performance. She is a co-producer and correspondent of The Not That Late Show, a monthly current events focused variety show at The Lincoln Lodge. Tori is a proud east coast native, politics junkie, and dog mom. Enjoy the show!

STEVIE DIONNE | THE GOSSIP

Stevie Dionne (they/them) is an Actor, Comedian, Writer, and a co-founder of Three of Cups Theatre Company. Originally from Rhode Island, they have a B.A. in Theatre Performance from Rhode Island College and got their comedy start at The Providence Improv Guild. Now, you can catch them performing all over Chicago in improv shows such as Baby Wine (the Annoyance), Improvised Sitcom (The Second City Training Center), Mischief (an iO house team), and Improvised Housewives (iO). They are currently working on a solo show they hope to put up sometime next year! They are thrilled to work on another Three of Cups show after performing as Second Witch in 3oC’s inaugural production of Macbeth. When not on stage, they are haunting the Uptown Circle K for Diet Coke and a sandwich made out of cake!

KOSI ACHIFE | THE POET

Kosarachi "Kosi" Achife is a Texas-raised, Chicago-based actress, filmmaker, and multimedia artist. She is excited to join Three of Cups Theatre Company as part of her continued work in Chicago's storefront and DIY theater scene. Kosi has received training from Black Box Acting Studio and Theatre Momentum. Her theatre credits include Hello from the Children of Planet Earth (Rhinoceros Festival), The Worm, My Sister (Red Orchid Theatre), and Chicago Playback Theatre as an artistic associate.

MANDY LEAVELL | THE LUNATIC

Mandy Leavell is a Chicago-based improviser and a founding member of Three of Cups Theatre Company. She is so thankful to the cast, crew, and community in their support and enthusiasm for storefront theater and willingness to jump into a new devised piece! In the world of comedy, she can be seen performing with Improvised Sitcom and Baby Wants Candy.

MELISSA JANE CARLSON | THE CHILD

Melissa Jane Carlson (she/her) is a director, teaching artist, puppeteer, and all-around theatre maker. Born and raised in Nashville, TN, Melissa Jane is an alum of Belmont University and the National Theater Institute, where she studied the arts of directing, design, dance, and doing it all on very little sleep. She has also trained with SITI Company, Complicité, and the Nashville Shakespeare Festival. Her favorite credits include Swan Mother in THE WORM MY SISTER (Meat Machine/Red Orchid Incubator); director of THE VISIT and HORSE GIRLS (BU); and playwright of THE BEEKEEPERS: A SOUTHERN FABULATION (NTI, Woven Theatre). Melissa Jane can often be found singing karaoke and befriending strange cats.

SARA COSTELLO | U/S MR. MOUTH, U/S THE LUNATIC

Sara Costello is delighted to be a part of Three of Cups’ next production! She previously joined them onstage last year for Macbeth as Ross. You may have seen Sara in past sketch shows Saranormal Activity, Bitches Love Murder, and Tomorrowland. She also plays with her improv teams FrogProv and Super Scaries across the city.

JACK ORCHARD | U/S MR. PANTS

Jack is excited to be working with this incredible cast and crew! Jack is an Actor, Comedian, and Writer based in Chicago. He is an ensemble member of A Short Leap theatre company, and can also be found writing and performing with sketch comedy group “Cold Pizza Comedy”. Recent credit includes Chris in GOOD DAY (Den Theater).

HANNAH PEREZ | U/S THE HUSTLER

Hannah Perez (she/her) is very excited to be working with Three of Cups Theatre! Perez is a Chicago based actress, improviser, and writer. Some of her favorite performance credits include Vice Principals (HBO), The Dover Road (Ghostlight Ensemble Theatre Company), Holiday Spirits (Ghostlight), Where the Fox and the Hare Say Goodnight (Violet Surprise Theatre), and They Could Give No Name (Northwestern University). She studied theater at Northwestern where she focused on playwriting and performance. She can be seen on Saturdays performing with Improvised Jane Austen at the iO Theater.

HANNAH BAKER | HEAD WRITER

Hannah Baker (she/her) is a Chicago based writer, director, and educator originally from Nashville, TN. Hannah graduated from Skidmore College where she received her B.S. in Theatre with a concentration in directing. She has studied with Powerhouse Theater, is a graduate of the Second City Conservatory, and was a member of the 2019 ChicagoDirectorsLab and the 2026 Goodman Theatre's Director's Exchange. Hannah is co-artistic director and co-founder of Three of Cups Theatre Company. In 2025, she directed their inaugural production, Macbeth. She is so grateful to live in this timeline where she gets to make art with her best friends.

ASHLEY CONNELL | DIRECTOR

Ashley Connell (she/her) is a proud graduate of Bennington College, along with the Conservatory, Music, and Directing Programs at Second City. She directs, teaches, writes, performs and lives in Chicago, Illinois with her cat and life partner Gremlin. She performs with Improvised Sitcom and is a proud co-founder of Three of Cups theatre company. Recent directing credits include: Please (Sleeping Village), Improvised Jane Austen (iO), and Our Roman Empire (SCTC).

DOROTHY SARGENT | STAGE MANAGER

Dorothy is excited to be the Stage Manger for this production of God in a Hole! She is a graduate of Iowa State University with a BA in Performing Arts. Her past stage management credits include THE SWALLOW & SMILEY with Open Space Arts, GREASE – SCHOOL VERSION with Red Line Theatre Company, as well as SWEENEY TODD, FREAKY FRIDAY, and CUT with Lincoln-Way East.  Dorothy would like to thank her family and her very loving partner for all their support. <3

EMMA LI | COSTUME DESIGN

Emma Li (she/her) is a Chicago-based costume designer. She has worked in academic theatre and as wardrobe staff at the Opera Theatre of Saint Louis, and is branching out into grant writing, dramaturgy, and assistant directing, among other projects. She holds a B.A. in Theater and Government & Law from Lafayette College. Her background in the liberal arts has drawn her to work that asks how the arts can effect measurable behavioral change to increase outcomes on access and inclusion. 

BRADY COMENDULEY | LIGHTING DESIGN

Brady is excited to work with Three of Cups for the first time as the lighting designer for God In A Hole. Brady has recently returned to Chicago, and is excited to step back into the theatre scene. Previous lighting design credits include 4000 Days (Pride Arts), Elf The Musical Jr. (Prairie Players Civic Theatre). 

NATE SANDBERG | MUSIC AND SOUND DESIGN

Nate Sandberg is a Chicago-based composer and sound designer. He began his music career as a member of the band Anathallo, which toured internationally and played Lollapalooza and Coachella. He went on to work in film and TV, composing music for projects like the Netflix Original Series Flint Town and the award-winning documentary T-Rex: Her Fight For Gold. Nate is currently finishing music and sound for his fifth video game as an Audio Lead at Jackbox Games. He’s so excited to be able to work on this project with the amazingly kind and talented artists in Three Of Cups.

NICHOLAS J. TABONI | MEDIA DESIGN

Nicholas J. Taboni (he/him) is a scenic and media designer based in Chicago, IL. He is a recent graduate from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign where he earned his MFA in Scenic Design. Nicholas has been designing regionally across the Midwest and Northeast for the past 5 years. He is thrilled to be working with Three of Cups on this production and to make his Chicago media design debut.
